What is the cost of delivery?
We proudly offer free international shipping to most countries. However, for certain remote locations, additional shipping fees may apply. If so, we’ll contact you to confirm and process the extra shipping charges.
How do I pay custom fees, and how much are they?
Customs fees vary depending on your local customs authorities. While we cover most duties and taxes on our side, some countries or regions may impose higher tariffs that exceed our coverage. In such cases, we’ll contact you either to collect the surplus fees on behalf of the customs broker or to guide you through the process of paying them directly upon delivery.
Where is my order shipping from?
All products are manufactured in our own factory in China, which has over 25 years of experience. Your order will be shipped directly from our factory warehouse.
Once I place my order, how do I receive confirmation and track my shipment?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Our customer service team will also provide updates on your order status. You can track your order via the tracking system on our website. For any questions or specific requests, feel free to reach out via email or online chat.
Do I need to assemble the furniture when it arrives?
Most of our furniture arrives fully assembled and ready to use. However, some dining tables require minimal assembly—usually just placing the tabletop on the legs. For any item requiring special attention, our team will send detailed instructions via email before delivery.
Are products covered under a warranty?
All products are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase, applicable to manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper care or external factors is not eligible for free repair or exchange.
Can I customise my own item?
Absolutely! We offer a smooth customization service. Just contact us with your idea, and our team will support you through the entire process.
Where are the materials sourced from?
Our primary material, acrylic, is sourced and reprocessed in China at our own factory. Many of our natural items—such as timber, minerals, and plants—are collected from around the world, as only specific regions offer the unique varieties that meet our design needs.
How does your acrylic differ from epoxy resin?
We use our own lab-developed acrylic material for all our products. Compared to epoxy resin, our acrylic offers higher transparency and superior resistance to yellowing over time. This ensures a long-lasting, crystal-clear appearance and gives each piece a premium, high-end finish.
Can I request a sample?
We offer acrylic samples of texture finishes and embedded items for customization orders and trade partners. Please contact our customer service team for further information.
Do you have a gallery or physical store?
Currently, we operate exclusively online. However, we are planning to open galleries in North America in the coming years.
What’s your criterion for defects?
All of our products are handmade, and slight variations in size or shape are considered normal. Natural imperfections in embedded materials are part of their charm and not classified as defects. Minor layering, air bubbles, and impurities are considered acceptable under our resin-based crafting techniques.
