At Lumière Creation, we are proud to offer free international shipping to all locations within the US, Canada, and most other countries. However, please be aware that customs fees may apply upon delivery in some areas, as these charges are determined and applied by the local customs authorities in your country. We will always confirm any estimated extra fees with you before production or shipping begins.
LEAD TIME
Some of our pieces are handmade to order, especially most furniture items.
Furniture is typically shipped via ocean freight, with a lead time of 1–3 months, depending on the piece and your location. Table decors are usually shipped by air and arrive within 1–3 weeks.
We cooperate with trusted carriers to provide the fastest shipping and safest service within our capabilities. If you’re working with a tight timeline, please contact our team for alternative options such as production priority or expedited shipping.
DELIVERY DAY – WHAT TO EXPECT
Most of our furniture comes in one-piece and requires no assembly. Please make sure your item fits through all access points—doorways, hallways, elevators, etc.—before placing your order. While we don’t currently offer unpacking or setup services, we’ll do everything we can to help you prepare for a smooth delivery. We suggest having the necessary tools and extra hands for large furniture on the day of delivery.
