Return, Refund & Cancellation

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To initiate a reselection or return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at info@lumierecreation.com or via online chat. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps. Returns must be approved in advance and arrive at our warehouse in their original, undamaged condition.
Customized items are not eligible for return, as they are crafted specifically for you. If your item arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange an exchange.
REFUNDS
All approved returns are subject to a 30% repackaging fee to cover handling and shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, a 70% refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 business days.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that plans change. You are free to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund by contacting our customer service team.
After 24 hours, your order will begin production or shipping preparation. Orders cancelled after this time before shipping will be refunded 90% to the original form of payment, with a 10% handling fee applied.
